COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the U.s. Motors UJ10C2K21M parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Van-Dorn products, including obsoleted and phased-out Unisys parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Us-Motors product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Van-Dorn such as the 330025 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 43277854006 manufactured by Unisys and we are pleased to be able to service most Unisys systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HD20P1E by Manufacturer Us-Motors as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Vacon Brand 60FR09824 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Uniop such as EK16N equipment made by Uniop have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Uniop products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Uniop" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 330038 made by Van-Dorn as well as the popular LA508S250RB4A original spares produced by Varedan-Technologies Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the V050072S110 by Vacon and EK16N spares by Uniop are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original NXP00045A2H1SSSA1A2 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Vacon. |
